We went last night to one of the Ball's held at one of the hotel's here. We had a BLAST!!! I had to drag Luis to come but he ended up having a great time! Lots and Lots of dancing for all of us!

Well Luis knows that when he is gone something will be different with the house when he comes back. Whether it be garage sale finds, furniture, new paint..etc, you get the idea. It doesn't matter what time of night he comes home he will take a trip around the house to see what I did or bought when he was gone. It is now a little joke between us. So this time when he got home he took his usually walk and found the boys(well Landon's) kitchen that I bought (on-sale mind you) for him. He just laughed......and said are you sure this is it???? Little does he know that the Teak bar I purchased at our Teak party will be here from Bali in Dec. I guess that will just have to be my Christmas, birthday & anniversary gift all in one! Ahhhhh he will love it--I hope!

Package in the Mail!!!

Oh how we love to get packages!!! Especially when there are good things in them! The SanPedro's sent a package that I was waiting for because they had my curtains in them(I'm still working on Luis to hang the damn things!) Thank you guys for all the goodies!!! Seth recieved a Thomas puzzle that we have to put together EVERY NIGHT before bedtime--no exceptions and Landon got a Thomas the Train that makes noise--He loves it and Seth actually realizes that the train is Landons(I was a little worried about that)! We have been busy little bees! Dad just got home from work, Seth going to school a little longer these days and Landon's first Drop-in care was this Monday. He did great, didn't even cry once when I left. He played with the other kids like he had been going there all his life. AAHHHH so I have 2 mornings a week with NO-ONE in the house. A little Mommy time. Time that is now filled up with my demanding Economics class that is sucking the life out of me--only 9 weeks to go. Anywho things are better than ever! T-minus 21 days until we head out for the big Hawaii Trip!!! I can't wait!

Bath Time Fun!

Seth and Landon in their favorite past time! Taking a bath. Thank the lord that these little buggers get along SO WELL. Landon is so busy and Seth just follows him around and tries to tell him what he can and cannot do! Pretty darn cute to watch. Well today has just been an exhausting day! While Seth was at school Landon and I got most of my errands done! Why is it when Daddy is gone everything seems to just start piling up!!!! I was so tired today I laid on the floor and fell asleep with both boys crawling all over me, now that is tired. I don't think I have ever done that before!!! Seth kept telling me to go and lay down. Oh how I wish I could have just done that. Well now of course since they are in bed I have a 10th wind going!!! I just finished some school assignments and I am going to just lay on the couch and watch my FAVORITE SHOW--Grey's Anatomy! I think the new one starts up next week. I'll have to look in to that!

Happy Birthday Luis!! We did celebrated a couple days early because Luis was taking another trip! Seth and Landon had a fantastic time helping me make and decorate the cake! Landon left his trademark handprint on the top! He thought that was just hilarious. Now since the boys don't get sweets and Dad is gone.......now who gets to eat all that cake...me of course. But not this time. I cut it up and gave it to everyone and anyone who came to my house!!!

Where did the week go??

Yes, where did the week go? It's already Friday. Things have been crazy!!! I have a bunch of painting jobs to do, school work to complete, 2 sick kids and a husband who has been working way to late in the evening!! AHH all I have to do is laugh it off..right? I am trying. The boys are doing better other than runny noses so I guess they are in the recovery stages. I am praying that I don't get sick cause then I will fall REALLY behind. But because Luis is leaving I will get sick...ahh the irony of it all! Other than the chaos we are doing pretty good. We are going to a picnic later at the beach so that should be fun. Get the boys out into some fresh air. It's pretty nice here today, rainy but cool. Hey I'll take it over the heat. I'll let the boys go and play in the rain....they are already sick right-ha
I am getting excited for our Hawaii trip coming up. I have looked into Helicopter rides and swiming with sharks--there is so much to do! Only about 5-6 weeks to go!

Seth Goes Bowling!

Seth is a natural!! He had so much fun bowling yesterday at Bianca's birthday party I had to bribe him to come home. The party was great, lots of kids just runnning around like crazy! Seth's score was 107! That is pretty darn good. He lined that ball runner up like a pro! Then he would bowl and go and sit down and wait patiently for his next turn.......very cute! I think we will cram it in to our family time to take him again. Luis got back late last night and the first thing Seth said to Daddy was he wanted to go and bowl! I think Dad wants to take him next time. Well since today is Labor Day no school for Seth and no work for Daddy, although the grass needs to be mowed. I think I might take a trip to Kmart today--the big shopping place here! I have to say it is the nicest Kmart I have EVER seen. The prices are a little high, but I guess if you really need something you pay the money for it! Bianca's Dad helping the kiddo's bowl.

Project Completed!

I have finally finished Bianca's order! Where is the champagne?? Oh yeah drank that earlier with Lori! Happy Birthday Lori...Anyway. Everything turned out so beautiful. It seems for some reason you can do so much more girlie stuff than with boy things when it comes to painting. Although I didn't enjoy going to look for a girlie present for "B". I swear there must be 50 zillion
barbies and everything else. I am use to going and grabbing a toy truck and heading out the door. So I settled on a cool(well at least I think its cool) drawing set. I can't think of the name of it but it's electric and you stick a pen or marker on a design and it goes around and draws it out???? I think if I were 5 again I would have liked something like that????? ha ha

Well, Seth and Landon are sleeping right now and I am getting ready to go to bed! I swore to myself that this would be an early night and considering I am going to mop the floors and clean up a bit before I hit the sack anything before mid-night works for me. Somehow as many of you know its easier to mop when the kids are sleeping. Seth thinks its funny to slide on the damn wet floor and all I can see is him cracking his head on the damn tile, of course Landon wants to get in the action and I am yelling and chasing them with a mop. Actually thinking of it that way I must look pretty funny to them. Ha Ha maybe that is why they just run away and laugh. God how I love to hear them laugh!!! Well off to mop and then to bed, how exciting!
